These terms govern your use of gambler-club.com. By using the site you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

1. What this site is
Gambler Club is an informational comparison site about online casinos. It is not a gambling operator: we accept no bets, no deposits and no payments, we hold no player funds, and we operate no games or lotteries. We publish reviews, ratings and guides about third-party websites.
No gambling services
Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble. Any account you open at a casino is governed by that operator's terms, not ours.
2. Eligibility

3. Acceptable use

- harvest content systematically through scraping or automated crawlers beyond ordinary personal use;

You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Commercial reuse, full reproduction or redistribution requires our written permission. 5. Third-party sites and services
The site contains links to casino websites and other third parties. Their terms, licences and privacy policies govern your relationship with them, not these terms. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their conduct, offers or availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Canada or your province of residence, including applicable consumer protections.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in the jurisdiction where you live continue to apply.
